Unlock a healthier relationship with your body by joining this transformative workshop focused on body image. This session invites you to explore and reframe the way you perceive yourself.
In a supportive and nurturing environment, we will explore where some of our self-critical narratives may arise from, challenge cultural and societal pressures and consider other perspectives that may influence how you feel about your body.
We will take our time with guiding activities, personal reflection and shared connection - all designed to help you articulate a more positive and empowering story about yourself.
You deserve to feel good about yourself and you are warmly welcome as you are right now.
Dear Body, I’m Listening……
This enriching session invites you to explore, through gentle movement and guided journalling, the conversation between your body’s signals and your self-care needs.
Arrive as you are, leave with what you have needed for yourself.
In this supportive space you will be guided through a series of carefully crafted prompts and movements to help you to tune in with your body and recognise the messages it’s conveying. As you journal and move, you may discover new perspectives that foster gratitude for your body’s strengths and uniqueness, transforming any critical inner dialogue into affirming words that nurture a more compassionate self-image.
Your writing is private and you won’t be asked to share your words. If you prefer to simply reflect on the prompts rather than writing, then you are very much welcomed to choose that option instead.
