In this supportive space you will be guided through a series of carefully crafted prompts and movements to help you to tune in with your body and recognise the messages it’s conveying. As you journal and move, you may discover new perspectives that foster gratitude for your body’s strengths and uniqueness, transforming any critical inner dialogue into affirming words that nurture a more compassionate self-image.
Your writing is private and you won’t be asked to share your words. If you prefer to simply reflect on the prompts rather than writing, then you are very much welcomed to choose that option instead.
