Each month, we explore a theme through gentle, guided movement, noticing how the body can reveal our patterns, stories, and inner landscape.

These sessions aren't about getting the movements 'right' but about exploring how they feel in your body and how different they can feel with the odd little turn of phrase or perspective.

Each session stands alone, but together they follow a seasonal spiral.

This current winter 'arc' explores intention, continuity, and emergence — supporting how we orient ourselves, stay with what we’re cultivating, and notice what begins to take shape over time.

Come to a single session, or book all 3 sessions at a discount to move through the arc of the series.

You’re invited to move at your own pace — with curiosity, not correction.
No experience needed — just you, your body, and a little space to move.
