Individual Counselling Sessions
Counselling offers a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I am here to listen — to truly hear you — and to help you find new understanding and perspective on the challenges you are facing. Together, we can explore solutions and new paths forward, helping you feel steadier, more supported, and better resourced within yourself.
I meet you where you are, respecting your individuality and aim to be a steady anchor for you throughout our time together. We may meet some moments that can feel challenging to explore, but we will only ever go at a pace and depth that feels safe and supported for you.
I can support you with:
Reducing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Navigating perfectionism and self-criticism
Understanding and easing people-pleasing patterns
Addressing a difficult relationship with food or body image
Exploring self-identity or unmasking after late-discovered neurodivergence (formal or self-diagnosed)
Moving through life changes or challenges
Improving self-esteem and self-worth
Lifting low mood or feelings of emptiness
Recovering from burnout or exhaustion

I work with adults (18+) who want a supportive, non-judgemental space to better understand themselves and their experiences. Whether you’re feeling stuck, moving through a life change, or simply want to feel more at ease in yourself, counselling can help you find clarity and confidence.
-
I work with a flexible toolkit of modalities, including behavioural, humanistic, creative, cognitive, person-centred, and somatic therapies.
I draw on what best suits your way of communicating and processing, as well as your needs at any given time. It’s not your job to fit to my tools — instead it’s for me to adapt my skills and experience to meet you where you are and respond to what you bring to the space.
We are all different, and part of my role is to support you in becoming fully and confidently yourself.
You can read more about my approach, experience, and qualifications on my About Me page

We can start with either a free 15-minute phone or Zoom chat, or a full 60-minute session.
The brief call is simply an opportunity to say hello and ask any questions you might have—no pressure or expectations. It’s a chance to see if we feel like a good fit.
The initial 60-minute session provides a supportive space to explore what’s brought you to therapy and consider what kind of support you might need moving forward.
From there, sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly to build consistency and momentum. In my experience, meeting less often tends to slow progress and often becomes less cost-effective. For this reason, I no longer offer monthly sessions.
I work on an open-ended basis, so there’s no set number of sessions required upfront. However, I do recommend committing to at least six sessions. This allows us time to understand what’s brought you here, build trust, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
