Finding sustainable ways forward that make sense to you
At different times in our lives, we can find ourselves stuck — carrying thoughts and feelings that have become difficult to hold alone. On the outside, things might look fine. Inside, it can feel very different.
Therapy offers a steadying space to explore this without judgement. You don't need to have it all figured out. We begin wherever you are.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons. I enjoy this diversity and welcome all enquiries.
Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders
I have particular expertise in supporting people with a difficult or disordered relationship with food or their body. Supporting you to untangle patterns around food, body, and exercise, and to find ways to live more freely.
This includes eating disorders, exercise dependency, and body image concerns.
If this is what brings you here, you're in the right place.
• Developing a healthier relationship with food & your body
• Negative body image or self-perception
• Navigating food-related stress and “food noise”
• Eating disorder recovery (including binge eating, restriction, or other disordered eating patterns)
• Support alongside GLP-1 medication
• Compulsive or exercise dependency patterns
Ways We Can Work Together
Movement Therapy
Movement Therapy recognises that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies - (in person only)
Individual Therapy
Supporting you to explore your sense of self, relationships, and patterns in life - 1:1 in person, outdoor or online
For Professionals
CPD on eating disorders, exercise dependency, movement therapy for coaches, movement practitioners and therapists
Currently Running
I regularly run workshops and courses for small groups.
These are often a mixture of movement, reflection, and connection of various kinds: connecting with self, environment, nature and others.
All my sessions are trauma informed, neuro-affirming and you are always welcomed exactly as you are.
