Movement isn’t just physical — it reflects how we meet the world.
Each month, we explore a theme through gentle, guided movement, noticing how the body can reveal our patterns, stories, and inner landscape.

These sessions aren't about getting the movements 'right' but about exploring how they feel in your body and how different they can feel with the odd little turn of phrase or perspective.

You’re invited to move at your own pace — with curiosity, not correction.

Each session stands alone, but I also thread a series of sessions together to form a seasonal ‘arc’.

Previous sessions have explored themes such as stability, grounding, intention, continuity, centering and emergence.

These sessions are currently on a summer break and will return in September.

To date they have been online, but I’m also exploring options for running this next series in-person too.
